Should you desire more information than is available on our school's website, please Request More Information and our Admissions Office will contact you. If you have not already done so, please consider making an appointment to visit. We would very much like to meet you and encourage you to tour our school and campus.

Online Applications for the 2025-26 school year are open now! 


Follow the directions below to complete a NEW student application. Please note that returning students are NOT required to reapply.


If you are new to Notre Dame and this is your first student application, create a FACTS account. 


Using your FACTS login credentials, complete a New Student Application.

  • You will need a method of payment for the non-refundable application fee of $22

  • Login to your FACTS portal.

  • Click on the Create a New Student Application button and complete the required fields.

  • Applications will be reviewed and you will receive an email notification regarding the status of your application with instructions for online enrollment.. 


Enrollment for the 2025-26 school year will be available on January 8, 2025. Early enrollment is available until January 31, 2025, after which the fee will increase. New students and returning students will be prompted by email to complete the next step of the process.
