Welcome to Notre Dame High School and thank you for your interest.

Should you desire more information than is available on our school's website, please Request More Information and our Admissions Office will contact you. If you have not already done so, please consider making an appointment to visit. We would very much like to meet you and encourage you to tour our school and campus.

Below are four possible scenarios.  Please follow the instructions that fit you.

Scenario One:  

New student and new to NDHS

  • go to our website (www.ndpios.com), About NDHS tab, click on Online Application
  • click on “create an account“ if you are a new family to NDHS
  • once your account is created, we will be notified and you will receive an email containing a verification link to complete the application process.
  • Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. PLEASE RECORD YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD . . . you will need this in the future.  You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application
  • A non-refundable fee of $22 must be submitted online with each new application.
  • Online Application is step one of the application/enrollment process. Once complete, you will be directed to Online Enrollment.  Wait to hear from us.

 

Scenario Two: 

New student and current NDHS student

  • For current student, wait for re-enrollment instructions January 10, 2024
  • For new student, login to your current student's Family Portal and click on "Application (New Student)" under the Apply/Enroll heading on the left.  Complete and submit.  Application is for NEW STUDENTS ONLY!
  • A non-refundable fee of $22 must be submitted online with each new application.
  • Online Application is step one of the application/enrollment process. Once complete, you will be directed to Online Enrollment.  Wait to hear from us.

 

Scenario Three: 

New student and NDHS graduate of 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023

  • If you have an ND graduate of 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, or 2023; a student for whom you had a FACTS Family Portal account, go to our website (www.ndpios.com), About NDHS tab, click on Online Application
  • From the HEADER menu, select Application (this is a link at the very top of the page all the way to the right) and login with your credentials.  You will then have the option to Create A New Application

 

Scenario Four:

Current student only

  • Wait for re-enrollment instructions January 10, 2024
